★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any working days in a year All land lines nos. are busy when Officer cell nos are tried, they ask to make a call on bank branch land line nos. The new staff appointed too are lazy uncooperative. Lunch time availed are more than a hour, no substitute in charge while a particular staff is taking lunch onehone to wait for more than half hour to get a cash or other works to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an account in this branch, but whenever, in these 4 year, infrequently I have gone for passbook updation, new passbook or withdrawal most of the staff is very rude, non-cooperative and unhelpful. It seems like they are doing a great favor on us by servicing. Impolite, rude and non-cooperative. They keep yelling and shouting all the time. I have also observed they being rude to senior citizens as well. Overall extremely a poor customer service. Its high time they learn the basics of customer service, improve on their manners. Improve on your apps as well.They don't function and they not seem to be upgraded for years.
