Baramati Co-operative Bank, Kothrud staff do not have any manners to talk with customers specially old age people. Keep talking on cellphone even if people are waiting in queue. Always disappointed by their behaviour. Not caring about customers and their queries. And the worst thing is they keep yelling on senior citizens if they are unaware about process instead of telling them softly. Disgusting Bank service I ever seen.
Only the reason to bare these junior staff is Manager is considerate and such a Human. However highly recommending to manager and all senior associates that they should manage their junior level people strictly and should not allow to use cellphone at workplace, specially when customers are waiting in queue.
For bad service you are getting paid. Shame!
