Work life balanincg can be managed.pay perks are good compare to other orgs but that only because there is no onsite as such in other services organisation.
Enjoy the time spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good office with great working environment. This office is situated in quadron park , phase 2 hinjewadi. It has good cafetaria and pantry area is good too. Odcs are good with good sitting area to chill and chit chat with your colleagues. Bean bags are also placed arond odc if you are bored working on your desk overall I had a good experience.

Quadron Business Park has other companies as well like Cognizant, Eclerx Services also on the campus.
Parking is first come first serve basis.
There is a centralized Cafeteria which has good options for everyone's liking. Both Veg and Non-Veg.
Very beautifuly maintained Gardens are visible as soon as you enter this campus.
