★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better check the service centre before and then come to a decision. You won't even get basic water service, forget about the rest. Coming to the bike, you better prepare yourself to deal with a severe rusting issue... Can go on and on but I don't wanna waste any more of my time and energy on this bad decision of mine. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only showroom in vizag for benelli... With friendly staff for all your needs. They have a good service team. All supportive team for your service. A showroom filled with all varieties of Benelli. Go in and take a test drive of any models of benelli and take them home..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boycott @BenelliIndia Visakhapatnam/Vizag, pathetic service, do not buy bikes relying on their MVP service center it is always closed! If in case it is open, footpath bike machines are better than them anyways it not 100% operational. They damaged my Imperialle 400. Worst experience horrible customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having so much issues with benelli Imperiale.Rust problems are very much disappointing.Better don't buy benelli from Vizag atleast.No proper service.They will take many months to rectify your problem if any. Also servicing is at worst and bad of all my showroom experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is less than zero actually,the well deseved score for the service providing by VIZAG benelli service centre.how many times you complaint about the service they wont bother you at all.mere water wash and cleaning is also not possible with these people,the god only knows about the rest of things.purchasing benelli at vizag means simply you are WASTING YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING. If u want to replace ur bike spares there starts ur frustration because they will give only one answer spares are not available sir... Even for break pads they will give same reason.. my rating zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its better to give zero star as its the worst servicing and the worst response for every question no one ever bothers you with the heating problem and rusting problem ..the bike has every problem and no one knows how to rectify it its better to go for another company rather than benelli.
