★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharat Tirtha Darshan provides the worst service possible in the entire universe. They make a lot of fake promises while booking. Their tour manager doesnt provide any clear idea about the sight seen. Whenever someone asks him any question he thinks like he has got the responsibility of whole earth on his shoulder. The agency needs to focus on providing best convenience possible rather than gossiping and speaking gibberish about other renowned travel agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharat Tirtha Darshan is one of the oldest tour & travel company in Kolkata operating since 1957. They have conducted over 9000 tours and arranges programs almost all tour hotspots across India, Nepal & Bhutan. They have very professional tour guides, quality of stay & foods are equally very good. Office staffs are also very cordial and helpful. In terms of tour pricing, I think they are below the average price of other travel agents. Overall they are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good arrangement. Recently we visited Shimla Kullu Manali with them. The whole trip was awesome. They served food everyday on time. The food is delicious very tasty. Tour programme was good. Staffs are polite,Helpful and professional.Car provided by them was good. Everything was well managed and very nice. We enjoyed a lot in Himachal Pradesh trip. Thank you BTD for this awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Daringbari and Gopalpur from 9.3.22 to 14.3.22 under the guidance of Bharat Tirtha Darshan. The tour was well planned. All the sites, they have covered are very nice and memorable. Hotel room, provided to us are more than our expectation considering the payment we have made. Food was very tasty and hygienic. Behabiour of manager and other staff was courteous. We are very much satisfied with Bharat Tirtha Darshan

We have expected far more better then what we hv experienced, fr which we included are friends from Maharashtra too. It was total embrassment.
CONs:
Team Manager- No experience in guiding us,
-No proper information given, for example for Gondola ride he could have got us cab just lik Sonamarg however he didn't coordinate anything neither consulted in adv. knowing some family carrying kids,
-Handling customers was Pathetic,
-No decency how to talk and whn to talk,
-He was pretty offensive when we complaint to higher level.
Morning Tea - Horrible, aftr complaining, last 2 days of th trip, at last served good.
Food menu - last 3 days was mismanaged...
-Afternoon Lunch were repeated in dinner in spite informing him in adv.
- What was promised in th menu were totally messed up
Bengali beguni - simple receipe was messed up n came with an embrassment for us, as we were proudly boosting to our non Bengali friends who were part of our trip
Hotels - Pahelgam - Was promised to hv view of Lidder River however it was far away th sight even after booking well in adv.
-No water through out th day, need to wait fr 8 pm to 10 am slots,
-Warm water comes aftr 15 to 20 mins.
-Tv was not working.
PROs:
-Few days food was good spl. Non-veg preparation
-One day food was not available in th restuarant so last moment food (egg curry) was served fr 4 heads
-Driver: Best part is tht Ashok bhai- the driver was much more helpful and guiding us better than Team Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited MP with Bharat Tirtha Darshan we'd 07.02.22 to 24.02.22. I am 1st time with the tour
operator. Tour was well planned , The Service and approach of your Manger was excellent and service staff were also equally good. We have covered approx 2500 km on road , but the conditions of the Bus was not good at all and the hotel provided in 2/3 places specially Hotel at Jabalpur.
