★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is for budgeted buyers. The construction quality is not that great. Also considering the price and amenities they are offering it's is still and expensive option for buyers. The construction time was delayed however the project is now ready. This building has not received OC or Electricity connection. They builder here charges rates as per his own whims and fancy. Each and every buyer here is upset with how they have been cheated by the fake promises by the builder at the time of buying.

After sold the property they are not response the call or communication. Talking like casual. They are cheater and liar.
