★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an important station in bongaon section as well as main line.always remain crowded.
There is 4 platform.1& 2 is mostly occupied by the hauckers. Up trains run through platform 1&2 whereas down trains run through platform 3&4.From this station transportation system is very good to reach ur destination around the city.

It needs a lot of development to be done and indeed it is quite crowded during work days.
