This place is mostly famous among people as a picnic spot.... The scenic beauty of the lakes and the hill are too awesome..... The temple also acts as a major role for attracting tourists...
There is also a resort nearby for people who want to stay and enjoy the picturesque landscape for some days...
It's a must visit for people loving hills.

But no facility for garbage disposal is polluting the environment fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengal is so precious. Again proved by Biharinath. On the foothills of Biharinath hill, there is Biharinath Baba temple (Lord Shiva temple).
The combo of temple, hill and lake brings a peace to the soul. It is untapped and is not marketed properly.
There is a resort to stay nearby the temple.
There are two ways to reach, one from Mejia (Raniganj) and other short route from Burnpur in Asansol, but this route can only be covered by a bike.
