★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking the advance they start giving problems . Like , we ordered rtn gifts for a wedding. Initially , they confirmed order on the packaging we liked, few days later, they call to say they'll be unable to provide that same packaging and if we wish they can give us other pkg at *extra charges* .
Now since we already paid advance we cant even change them for other jeweller, and we have to pay extra charges.
Not professional at all.
