★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ever, no one is concern about the courier delivery. Worst service providers. I am complaining in consumer court against blue dart. Even after several mails this people doesn't even provide courier people number not even give address of there location so that we can pick up our own package. It's been a week I am asking them to deliver my package still no one is concerned about it.

There customer care service is pathetic non of the given numbers connect. Also all india number gives IVR menu but disconnecting the call when connecting to agents to speak with.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ...I got a message that the consignment is delivered where as the person never entered my complex as anyone entering has to enter his details with main gate security and then allowed .
They just post a message which says delivered and finished...liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipment was out for delivery at 9:10 am. Till evening Blue Dart has not delivered the courier. At 6 pm , status is “address is unlocatable”. I have to rush the bhandup office and collected the courier. Employees are doing time pass in the office. Not picking up the phone. There is no responsibility with this people.
Third class service from Blue Dart.
Never rely on the online status of the courier. It is all fake. Just pick the phone and collect from nearest office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service..very bad.. rescheduled my delivery twice. There is no contact details at all on the link given. Toll free is not getting connected. They should change name to Black Dart now. I did not want to give single star also. But unless you do that you cannot give your review. So I gave one star but they don't worth that at all.
