★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many numbers of flats and resident,12 towers 38-55 stories each 4-6 flat per floor, 3-4 member per plat. So too short amenities and also they are still not ready. So maintenance is very high. A railway track next to the complex. Construction still going on within the complex. So lots of continuous construction and train noise and pollutions. flats okay but small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No timely possession, amenities still not ready, Childers not allowed to play football, property tax charge before giving possession and now charging annual fees for non-operational club house.....be ready for multiple hidden charges if you willing to stay in forest....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not opt for Rent for the following reasons.
1. The management is discriminatory. They have different standards for tenants and owners. They do not allow tenants to use any facilities( Club house and others) without additional payment though the owner has already paid for those facilities and tenants are paying rent including society fees.
2. Stray dogs are moving around and pose danger for kids and old age people.
3. security is not upto mark. Things are missing from Parking.
4. very very small children park suitable for 15/20 children for approximately 700 Appartment.
