★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this site on 25th Dec 2020 as it is a ready property on LBS road. It is a good property with good amenities. There is metro coming up just opposite the project thus traveling will be convenient after the metro starts. We are planning to shortlist this project for buying our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the largest project on LBS Road in Kanjurmarg. Almost 15 acres, with lot of green open spaces. It even has a cricket ground. Higher floors have great views as well. Best part is that many towers are already delivered. So project completion and delivery is not a concern here thankfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks, Please dont spend your hard earned money on these cheater Runwal Group. We are regretting by now. There is monopoly for every single service from Milk distributor to Internet Service Provider. You cant even opt for Tata Sky, Dish TV and Jio Fibre connections. We are still protesting. Amenities are not even close to completion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, please avoid this place for Rent or Stay… The Quality of Fittings and Maintenance upkeep of Society is not up to mark…there are too many stray dogs in the society which is not being taken into account… plus there is additional cost to be borne by Tenants in case they have to use club house… Parking lots are not been assigned properly and RF Team is not at all concerned about the safety of people…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place to live in. There's a 3 basement parking space. Along with the homes you get wonderful facilities such as Club House, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Cafe, Gym etc. There are beautiful lightings at night time. My only issue is all these amneties weren't provided at the time of possession and are still being built.
