Here is my journey so far..
1. Sales team is cooperative and promised flexibility on payment terms and registration.
2. Satya and Sudeep has been really helpful in the entire journey.
3. Since this is ready to move in property, I want to move as soon as possible and Bren team is helping me in all ways to make it possible. Helping me connect with vendors which can get the work done faster

Very less light in homes. And small balcony.

1. Lots of Open Space with Golf course etc. But that will matter more for people with golf course facing windows/balcony.
Cons:
1. Very less light in living area. Overall design of building itself is such that light will be less. Balconies are small.
2. Kitchen is not getting enough light/ventilation. No Window in kitchen.
3. Utility is more or less like extended part of the kitchen having a window rather than open(like balcony) . So one cannot dry clothes etc there.
So, 3 out of 5 is the most generous rating I can give.

But since last 2 months thay are making false promise to complete finishing work and toilet fixtures. I am unable to shift to new home. Very upset and disappointed. I feel like cheated
