★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not about Pu La Deshpande garden on Sinhagad road, but about a small garden in Aranyeshwar Nagar known as Butterfly garden.
Its a small garden only worth visiting if you are in nearby area and do not have anything to do. Do not expect rare species of butterflies, but it definitely have number of common species. One can spend around 30 minutes watching and clicking pictures of these feature light beautiful insects. Better to visit in early morning or in evening so that one can see the maximum available species. One can also spot beautiful birds around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was daily visitors of this park. Though it was not maintained it was full with different species of butterflies, beetles, flies etc. No charges were taken even camera was allowed at free cost. Suddenly garden authority started to take charges ₹ 500 for camera for an hour and for that you have to visit Sambhaji Garden. Now I am staying in Hingne Khurd..now the distance from my house to Sambhaji Garden is 4 km approximately. After paying fee I have to travel from Sambhaji Garden to Butterfly garden. So it will be a hectic schedule. I suggested so many time to many garden staff that take charges from that place only. I am not against charges. Garden will be maintained from that funds. Now days candid photography is so famous and professional photographers charged for it. As they earned from it, there is nothing wrong in paying some amount to garden authority, municipality etc. But amateur, solo learners, nature lovers, students, reasearcher etc etc are also visiting park. Camera is essential for it and ₹500 are so exhorbitant for them as they don't not able to earn money from it. So please reduce some amount for them. I heard that few years back one group visited garden. They clicked bad condition of garden and published in newspapers. That's why authority banned camera in garden, otherwise from beginning at time for landscape design it was decided to give free entry for everyone with or without camera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small garden with one walkway. There are a few trees with no shadow and flowering plants. I saw 2 beautifull large blue butterflies and ...and around 6 small ones that appeared to be the smallest butterflies in India.
