★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! There are no service advisors. The mechanics have no idea about bike repairs. Even a normal service where cleaning of carburetor and oil change is required is not done well. Had to struggle during the first month of purchase as the bike wasn't performing well. It was resolved only after I showed it to a local mechanic who took just one test ride to understand the problem and provide solution. Aprilia needs to improve the service quality. Staff has no manners to talk to the customers. NOT advisable at all to visit this service centre. Giving one star as there is no option of zero star.

Already It's giving so many issues like Shock absorber, Battery issues, Fuel indicator is not accurate and also whenever I visited the service center always they come with the answer saying they don't have the parts in stock.
Worst Sales and Service experience I had with BVR automobiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a requirement of stickers, air filter, brake switch & brake wire for my Aprilia which takes about 30 minutes and they made me visit their service center twice without giving me any quotation and kept me waiting without any service at all. Eventually I had to leave the service center out of frustration. On top of that I had travelled from Sion to Mira road. The employee name is Sanjay. Very pathetic service or you can say no service at all. There's no proper appointment system nothing.

worst decision to buy one in the first place
servicing is the core domain where company should maintain the level of quality
mediocre service
dont go for such brands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. They do not keep spare parts in stock,it take 4-5 days for the spare parts to arrive. Services are too expensive compared to others. I once visited the service centre to change my brake wire which would take around 10-15 min maximum, they took around 1.5 hrs for that small work, waste of time. It would be better to take your vehicle to local mechanic as it will save your time and money
