Rajveer singh provided a good service.
Less interaction and too the point work which i love in such situation.
Also i was charged around 750 rupees for service of my Jupiter ZX bs 6 variant.
I don't know if it should be less or more.
Please lemme know if it is less or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Free Service : Waiting time 4hrs even if have already appointment, Unnecessary extra charges like sanitation and Consumables cost 100 each... Mustafa was very helpful but other person was rude.
Pata nhi first service me kya kya kiya no body explained once your payment done.

Also I have charged Rs. 750/- for mud guard without bill and also GST itc not reflected in GSTR 2A

Lot of unnecessary work is done without informing and charged a bomb.they change vbelt, clutch, breakliner, engine flush, engine dcarbon on every service donno why. Also anti rust, teflon etc is suggested which is useless.
Min bill 5000 plus gst..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matrix service center have a good Customer relation ! You need to be calm and relaxed when you give your two wheeler they do it professionally, it's costly but better than local service center ! ?? Totally worth it

My Sister gifted me a TVS Sports Model Bike on my wedding, (Purchased date: 29 Nov 2021, Branch Hardkesh, Mira Rd east.) Registered on my name : Bharat Bhagwan Poddar
Registration Number: MH 47 BC 8659.
When received I spotted a dent on the Tank and paint bubbles, which was reported by me to service advisor of Hardkesh branch. But I underplayed it and decided on not taking the issue further.
But after riding only few kilometers my bike suspension was making some noise. Which was reported by me during the 1st service. But i was told we have already resolved the issues.
I accepted the bike, but now after riding the bike for only 2301 kms, it's suspension oil is leaking. Which is shocking to believe for a trusted brand like TVS . I reported this to the service advisor, but did not get any satisfactory answer or solution.
I would appreciate it if you can resolve these issues in few days and I demand an replacement of the bike. I rely on my bike for transport and also the inconvenience this brand new bike has caused me and attitude of the service advisor. I demand an apology and replacement of my bike.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved in few days, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through twitter, social media, consumer complaint forums or if need be through the courts.
