★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pathetic service. Giving feedback after using service of two years. Wasting time of the customers also. I was having issues with my speedometer in my Apache 200 after two years. It was going off immediately after ignition on. It was supposed to be changed. I said ok. Also it was under warranty so not an issue. There is sandeep in parts order he ordered It took one month to get it. I said ok. After fitting I checked it there & found that it is of older version immediately there itself. He said sorry. Another order to be done. I said ok. He said it will take one week. But it came after 1 month. I got a call from him that it is received. I immediately reached there to get it fit. Now here is the climax. Mechanic fitted it. He said your bike is ready. I checked and found that it is of older version again. Now here he again done the same thing. Here another suspence is there that the mechanic says your bike same meter is there Now but in that ABS will not work. But he fitted that old version meter without informing. At least he would have inform. I told them to fit that my original back in my bike. I will do it in another workshop. Also he says your bike model meter is discontinued by company however my bike is only 2 year old. I checked in the show rooms whether it is the case. Even I checked in three showrooms for confirmation. There I have found that nothing is discontinued. They also showed me the same model in the showroom which I have. All parts are available in another workshop. Here the mechanic is lying. Says wrong information to the customer. I have taken my old meter back fit in my bike and left but wasted 6 hours. Now again he will order and God knows when it will come and whether will it work or not. I have wasted many hours and also given them more than required time. But after that also they are not properly fitted it. I request all that please ignore this matrix workshop. Is watse of time and also fits wrong parts to your bike. They misuses the parts of your bike. Now I will go to the another workshop and will take new AMC there.
