★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, they charged me money for my disc pad, disc plate, brake kit, liner, abs and didnt fix the brakes in servicing and then when i asked they said would fix it up. But when i went they wanted to charge another 900 to fix my brakes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I gave my dominar for service they take 2 days for normal service and when I take bike from there after 2 days, it doesn’t starts, washing is pathetic. There is leakage in breaks oil the advisor told it is okay i’ll change later in few days, ’bas break nahi lagega baki bike barabar chaligi’. The mechanics are excellent but the advisor they don’t have any knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff makes you feel that you and your queries doesn't matter. Place has no hospitality and courtesy to answer you. Least bothered about customer service. it has become more worse than before. An outside mechanic works better than these so called professionals. Everything is messed up no one knows what's going on. They keep on adding charges or try to loot more money from you in any manner they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience... Adviser Sumedh is cheap guy, he loose our bike's petrol pipe as revenge... Our bajaj platina bike is under service warranty, due to oil leakage we had given for servicing we paid charges for the same before 12 days but we noticed oil leakage problem again went over there... These people's were trying to charge us again for part but we denied to pay as we had already paid for that part.. We waited for 45 mins but no one was responding hence we again inquired and matter got escalated and manager scolded Sumedh and that's why he leak our petrol pipe but thanks to Auto riksha wala who told us petrol is coming out and he saved us..?

Test ride taken and few replacements suggested. They are calling for few spare parts like fork pipe and LH rear indicator from Malad hence two days estimated delivery.
Will review again post delivery of the bike
