★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is still a bit under construction, but its a very nice built place. The walking track around the borders is very useful and it is near both Phoenix Market city and vr Bengaluru, near the metro station which is currently under construction, these are the perks.

Poor handover of project
Sales team leave the project as soon as it is over.
They promise giving you khata and get money from you and wont give you
Poor handover of properperty
Sales team members interact with fake name and wont respond to you once they leave the project.
Beware of the team before you purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Candour builders construction quality and issues after buying are huge. There sales team charges in cash to avoid tax and then run away by switching off phones. They do not help in Skala ID transfer for which they charge money. Please think 100 times before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of construction all around the place. Not a good choice for renting a place. Lot of noise, dust, cement due to construction.
Following amenities has not started: Swimming pool, pool table, lounge room.
House are facing one another so lack of privacy.
