★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is situated at Dutta mandir road. Just beside Wakad police station. The locality of society is not that good, it's on main road plus near places are not clean. The society form inside is good, they have ample parking space plus the construction quality is also good. One negative point which I found is in the corridor area you would see much natural light. From access of market perspective the area is good it's having everything in neighborhood.

I visited many times and saw few 2BHKs there the Quality of Basins and toilets used are not suited As per rate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society serving all the basic needs. 24x7 water supply, electricity supply at times is disrupted but that is not a cause of worry. However on few occasions the management can think of enforcing rules to ensure existing people are not disturbed due to any new activity like construction, repairs etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is good, but looks relatively old. No proper maintenance of this society. Entry for Ground and G1 parking are different, so pretty confusing and frustrating experience for new comers.
Ventilation wise this place is nice as this is very high rise tower in that area. If your floor is well above 5th floor you won't have any issues of ventilation. The ventilation at above floor is so strong that you've to carefully close and open door, else their are chances your door will shut open or close making huge noise.
When moving into or out of this society please get NOC from your owner and get a print of it. Don't know what sick policy is to have Xerox in such trying times. Plan shifting well before time.
