★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caratlane is our one of the favourite place. My sister and I bought many things from caratlane. But in this gariahat store one of their employee's behaviour was so improper. She was always on phone. When we asked for the qr code discount she somehow avoided it. The discount was still available but she didn't bother to cooperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Caratlane @ 04.10.2021, unfortunately the finger ring I liked was not there at the store. So I place an order for the same ring and being a TCS employee for a discount on my purchase @2.5% . The staffs were really nice and happy to help. They have a wide varieties of finger rings , Bangles , wristlets. But I would say earring collection is not so wide. But overall experience good. The staff called me informing that the ring order is at the store, will collect it tomorrow. Happy Customer so far ? Looking forward for purchasing a different item as well. ✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this particular store thrice....& each time I was warmly welcomed. The staff especially Tyasha is very polite & eager to help. I love the variety of designs they have in store. Overall I had a pleasant experience of purchasing from here. Will certainly visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated at thriving Gariahat. I went to buy my wedding ring there but came out within 5 minutes. The shop was empty but still not a single sales guy was not available. When I called them they said this is our collection, u can look and he went away. I was very disappointed. Better to visit the Park Street or Acropolis Caratlane,much better service.

1st of all no one greeted while entering the store, the guard checked temperature and registered our details and we wandered inside the store while 2 gentleman(employee) was sitting behind the cash counter and was busy chatting with each other and when we approached them, one of the person got up to ask for our needs.
The person who was attending was very reluctant to show more designs and didn't even described anything about the products or their specifications just told the prices looking at the tab in their hand
It is when I asked about the weight and other details he looked into the tab and informed.
There was a certain smell of profiling(I felt) in his gestures and tone as I was wearing very casual clothes and slippers as it was raining heavily.
Anyhow as I had an obligation to buy a product that day I purchased despite being not fully satisfied with the service.
But the most irritating and insulting part was that despite purchasing of a product(whatever amount) I never got greeted with a "Thank You" or not asked for water or anything.
Very poor customer service
And even when getting the box inside the paper sleeve with the branding he dropped the box inside the box like a plaything and handed over it to us.
I could have made a scene there but was with family so left without making a fuss.
I don't know why the said person behaved the way he behaved, maybe he was unhappy with his salary so he gives no effort in his duties anymore or he was thinking looking at my attire that I have came to waste their time.i don't know but 1thing is for sure that I am not returning to this particular store anytime soon.Rather would purchase from online portal.
