★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store multiple times. But, today my experience was really great. Shuvoshree was the sales person and she was very helpful. She showed us wide range of products and mentioned all the details with patience even after the store was full of customers today. She also provided us good discounts. While most of sales person are only target oriented and became robotic in nature, she was exceptionally good with polite and humble approach.
## I really don't like the fact that Kalyan Jewellers use Hindi as the default language while doing business in West Bengal.

Bt I went saltlake kalyan jewellers, there was very bad experience bcz no body was attending us for long times.

The quality and design was really impressive. I exchanged my old gold chain and the process was smooth and hassle-free.
