★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the brand name and sheer size of the store expected more variety to make choices. For the designs I liked the required sizes were not available and they couldn't commit to anything less than a month to make the product available for the size I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not that great...the sales women could have served the customers better with .... a smile...I could not get engaged with the sales folks...they should have been more enquiring to get to know what designs I am expecting so that they can show something near to what I expect....the vibe from them was pretty cold....probably need some orientation in customer management....may be they need to see how sales happens in Southern part of India...probably needs more exposure in sales....this feedback is towards scope for improvement...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well inspite of their exclusively designed jewelry, I will say that their coffee is good. But be warned if you wear simple clothes you won't be addressed with pleasure... well idk about others but this one employee straight out disrespected and heeded no attention to my needs, just acted stone cold. So I left. On the next day I visited again just in respectable attire and drove my car there. The guy just appeared to be a turn coat this time. Behaved with so much gratitude that I was surprised. Well I wrapped up my work and left the place without any more complications. The guy was in the bangles section, just sharing my experience... thought you wanna know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take very good care of the customer. They are very systamatic and they have good covid protocol in place. At evey step you will find someone is there to help you out. If you are taking kids along they will make sure kids don't get bored, they hand over treats to kids n guide them to kids zone so that parents can focus on shopping.

Their professional behavior and warm reception make you feel comfortable. We purchased an ear-ring as per our budget and were happy with the product. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit this store.

Polite behaviour and world class amenities too.
Well decorated and there is a kids room too.
Security personnel are well equipped with advanced self defensive weapons.
They have also Corona guard machines which filters out Corona Virus.
