★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for religare. They are worst meant to be cheated. You can't claim single paise. Firstly they won't respond secondly even if you courier your claims they'll not consider. Hopeless people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of Religare travel insurance. Per my experience, they are big time cheaters in travel insurance. They offer cheapest insurance premium and on the occasion of claim, they show you some terms to deny the claim. Be cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company, Painful experience.
My brother was getting abdomen pain and he was vomiting continuously. He took OPD treatment for 3-5 days. The problem was continued. Then he informed to Religare and asked for admission. They send an admission confirmation email.
After 3-5 days He hospitalized and we paid to the hospital bill. Then I raised a claim to the Religare.
What we have tried -
(1) Took OPD treatment for 1-5 days
(2) Hospitalized for 4 days.
(3) As per doctors suggestion, patient revisited to the doctors again after Hospitalization.
(4) Then we raised a claim.
Problems faced during the claim process and company, It can be seen below -
(1) I have to send all the docs to the office(Delhi or nearby). Spend your more money.
(2) They took to process more than a month after raising many grievance calls.
(3) Worst customer services.
(4) Finally, they reject the claim with the reason "ALL VITALS & INVESTIGATIONS ARE WITHIN NORMAL LIMIT, PATIENT CAN BE TREATED ON OPD BASIS HENCE
ADMISSION NOT JUSTIFIED.
(5) I tried in twitter, rewritten the email with doctors letter that penitent was needed hospitalization. Still, they reject.
(6) I lost policy Amount + Claim Amount + Faith from other Religare health + Wasted too much time and money.
Planning to complain in IRDA, Consumer Forum, and other legal action as well.
Careful while taking the policy from such fraud company like Religare. It's not a matter of paying policy amount. Think about your tough situations.
I Repent my decision whole life that why would have chosen Religare. I would suggest don't take policy from Religare health.
Because we always invest money in the policy to get help in the tough situation. But Religare will Gyp(Cheat) you always.
Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hold a health insurance since past four years. The most unprofessional team I have witnessed so far. I have had problems with religare health insurance for more than a year. I paid 42000 for the policy I hold and I receive my policy paper where the amount reflected is 30000. And the policy number has also changed and the policy is not at all mine. This issue has still not been resolved. I'm wasting time every other day calling and forcing these people to do some work at office.
With regards to this when I call the customer care they firstly don't respond well. Secondly they speak in an extremely unprofessional manner. If you end up speaking to the managers they would not take any responsibility and will talk to you in a least bothered manner.
Warning you all. Never take a health insurance with RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE.

They are the worst!! I had sent all the original documents to there office and they will also acknowledge that they have got the documents
But later you need to follow up everyday with customer care to check the status
And finally they will say they have not got any documents
They will do anything to reject your claim and they will never refund your money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Health insurance company. I suggest not to buy health insurance from this company. They are careless. Not bothered to understand the seriousness of the patients health documents.
I applied for my son's cashless surgery cost estimate from Narayana Majumdar hospital Bangalore on 30th August 2021 but the worst part is that rejection letter from Care insurance came in the name of my daughter. They are very careless. I will definitely take action on this carelessness
