★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual anything related to SBI behave like government office. Not efficient. Not responsive. Old generation mentality similar to sbi bank employees. No lift although office is in 4th floor. Carelessness from employees. When will SBI life improve and catch up fast moving generation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neither their phone nor their customer care number works. I have been trying to reach them for many days and no one responds to the call even after repeated attempts. I submitted a policy cancellation request and it is been 1 and half months and no update on the status. Their customer care IVR (not able to enter input) is not working for at least 1 month and it is not rectified. That itself shows their attitude to customers. The worst insurance company in India. I made a big mistake by buying an insurance for them and I regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called this office literally 10 times. No one is picking up. Earlier I called 2hrs back, they said the concerned is at lunch!
Seemingly helpful but not really. Speaks nice to us, but never does anything. And always there are a zillion excuse system, policy whatever....
As usual SBI behavior very nice untill their part is achieved, but when anything has to be done or modified post policy nothing happens.

CoVID protocols were adhered strictly and hence it was very environment.
Parking is available in the basement of the building and it's situated near forum mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disgusting experience. The staff are in a laid back style of functioning and make us to wait for lengthy time. The experience is similar to A typical visit to a Govt office. The Security Guard is the only person who addresses the issue. Staff being scared are precluded from entertaining customers for fear of Covid. It is unfortunate that State Bank staff source business but them, but in turn SBI Life doesn't serve the customers. If the SBI Life staff are so scared of their lives why do they do insurance business, that too in the life segment. I feel it's time someone incognito at higher level visits to experience for themselves.
