★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easy to purchase, travel insurance online policy. When I had to use it once, the company responded well. I will recommend that you don't leave home without it. With the way any unexpected situation can arrive on vacations, i.e. scheduling issues, weather, interruptions related to sickness, lost luggage, family emergencies, etc., you should always cover yourself with travel insurance online. This can act as your plan B.

All employees and agents totally waste
And company also number one fraud company they only give policy but not claiming, nobody can response all are frauds , sales managers is very waste fellows, especially madiwal branch SVR COMPLEX EMPLOYEE baghavan Babu +919886617267 he is doing policy name transfer since Jan 04 To as on date 26/01/2021 but still is not able transfer the policy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store at SVR Complex, 2nd Floor, 89, Hosur Rd, Madiwala, 1st Stage, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 on 1st Oct 2020 for my vehicle (i.e. i purchased in seconds) insurance details are not updated in vahan portal. I had given the details to Pradeep from reception and he respond me very nicely given inputs. But issue is not resolved still now 12 Oct 2020 3:16 PM. whenever i called Pradeep he is telling new things to do ... once I update, he will tell some new thing.. but i am not getting the resolution... even i am not getting proper response from icici customer care (i.e. this customer people doesn't know complete knowledge on their products and they will tell wt ever they know and make customers as stupids )18002666 also .... i completely Disappointed ............................................. *******AT LAST TODAY I GOT THE ONE MORE icici MANAGER'S NAME AND NUMBER I DISCUSSED WITH HIM HE TOLD ONE MORE STORY AND HE CONFIRMED THIS INSURANCE DETAILS WILL NOT UPDATE IN vahan UNTIL I RENEW OD POLICY *******************

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Visited the office in koramangala regarding my insurance payment and claim - the staff was least helpful. Didn't even care to understand the issue. I am yet to receive a refund from them for a failed payment (which happened over a month and a half ago) wherein my money got deducted thrice for a single transaction. Even after calling their customer care number multiple times and after having visited their office to explain the issue, they are unable to resolve the issue.
Wouldn't recommend ICICI for anything. Made a huge mistake by renewing my car insurance through them.
