★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing support given by Yogesh and Akshay . I mistakenly broke my headset connector and had an important office presentation scheduled for next day . I called Yogesh late at night after getting his number from Google listing and placed order for a multimedia headset with usb connection ( which is difficult to find in retail stores ) used specifically for video conferencing . And he ensured it was arranged before my log in time . Akshay came in early to deliver it and I had my issue resolved. Kudos to the team .

My laptop had power off problem so submitted to these peoples. These peoples did not work on rootcause and suggested me to change hd, battery with cost of 8k. Within 15 days i experiance the same power off issue. So i took laptop again to them , i was expecting some professionalism from them that they should take responsibility and solve the issue but they took 8 days and did some changes and charged more 1k with additional issue of key touch.
My laptops key touch stopped working , they did some temprory fixes and make my laptop working. But within two days again touchpad stopped working.
I suggest to visit proper service center instead of here and there. I finally visited to laptop service center to get proper resolution.
