★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the WORST centre for sight branch. First their call centre is too busy to pick up the phone if you want to book and appointment, finally if you do manage to get an appointment be prepared that there will be 4 other people booked on the same time. When you eventually reach the hospital everything is a chaos. My father - a senior citizen had to wait 4 hours just to get consulted despite of having a confirmed booking. The chemist in the hospital is rude and uncouth- if you ask him for a medicine he will not reply but rather ask you to make the payment first, as if we are running away with medicines. The entire staff at the hospital is lost and confused, it is utter chaos and extremely mis managed. The people at the hospital have no empathy for the patients. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY EYE RELATED ISSUES.

Came for my checkup, the doctor was so polite and humble , explained so nicely about my problem.
I want to mention about management, they are working so well with there duties, I am very impressed with there service. Thanks to the hospital also thanks Ha, the attender who hel0ed me to reach doctor as quick as possible. Thanks for his efforts.
Highly recommended hospital,☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Centre for Sight Sector 29 Gurgaon branch.
Prices are awfully high, Service was ok but I was frustrated with the waiting time.
They made us sit for 4 hours. And it seems to be the common complaint among fellow patients.
1 Hour for Doc consultation and another 3 hours for testing.
I would suggest to take a day off to visit here and come with family with your lunch packed. Happy picnic at the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got cataract operation done for both eyes. Doctors are professional. My only point is once time has been given for appointment, patient should be attended with in reasonable time. I had sought appointment at 1200 hrs today and doctor is busy with operation. It is already 1405 hrs. If doctor is likely to be busy and won't be able to attend patient, why to give appointment. Very saf state of affairs.

I am highly satisfied with the staff especially Mrahesh the coordinator and my care after the surgery. I recommend Dr Mann and eye speciality hospital centre for sight at sector 29.
