But customer support and cooperation is very bad.
They offer AMC in fixed amount.
After that they ask like
1. Oiling Rs.100
2. Scru and nuts Rs.100
3. Break liner cleaning Rs.100 {No new part-only cleaning}
Etc etc.
Then why will customer paying for AmC?
If basic oiling is not covered in servicing then what is use of that AMC?
But best part is after paying all such extra payment they will give best servicing. Without additional payment no such servicing will be done.
Please continue making customer fool by charging them extra.
{ The amount is not relevant here, the way they talk with customer is horrible. }
