★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the banana walnut cake I had ordered. The moist chocolate was not so good. Perhaps the people who like chocolate would like it.
The peach ice tea was good, too.
Deducting one star as the toilet is far away. You have to walk a bit and go on a different floor for it.
Otherwise, I had a 5 star experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never miss to have my favorite 'Ginger honey lemon tea" at this place, whenever I am at Aerocity. The following are my likes about this chaayos:
1. Quick service
2. Smiling, welcoming staff.
3. It's cozy inside and airy outside. Like both sitting spaces at different seasons.
3. In love with their bun omelette, nut & raisin cake and my fav ginger honey lemon tea.
4. Clean, bright ambience
What they can improve on :
1. May increase the order counters during rush hours
2. May lower the prices a bit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff and ambience. Today my tea got cold and I asked them to warm it, instead of warming it they offered to make me a new one without any extra cost. Moreover, the staff also remembered my tea specifications and confirmed it with me. This really melted my heart, I have been a loyal and happy customer of Chaayos over the last few years, and the feeling keeps getting reinforced over time only. Great shout out to staff members across all stores who have been so kind and hospitable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tea can never disappoint you, and when it is from Chaayos you can blindly trust it.
The place is nice, cozy, and comfy, with ambitious space for a small group. The place also has outdoor seating available in case you want to enjoy the tea in nice outside weather.
The prices are nominal as always with a great variety of options available to go to with. The staff is also very polite and always ready to make you comfortable.
If there must try the masala tea.

Masala tea is like how we wanted. Kadad Masala Tea at its best. The upma was ok ok but lot of fillings. The spinach corn sandwich was also tasty. Packing was good so that there is no spillage. Overall experience was very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tea as always. But we didn't get our favorite banana walnut cake as they were only for display. They refused to give as they said they have a bulk order and not for the customer who is standing ordering there. That disappointed my kid and us as well. They should not have kept it on display if they didn't want to sell them.
