Chai Garam was established in 2008. With a presence in Asia, predominantly India we are currently serving customers through ~150 retail outlets and kiosks. At Chai Garam we provide freshly brewed made to order handmade chai using garden-fresh ingredients. We have been serving tea and quality snacks since 2008 and have served over 5 million cups of tea.
Chai Garam offers a wide range of beverages and food items. Serving ~20 types of freshly brewed hand made teas, ~30 flavours of Milk shakes, Coolers and Iced Teas. Our tea is freshly brewed without the use of tea bags or vending machines while our food menu offers a vast assortment of snacks ranging from Pastas, Sandwiches and Omelettes to Parathas & Samosas that are better suited to the India Palate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: Average taste. Most shops around in Delhi have perfected the taste of food on menu. Some people may find it good, most of it because of the price it is available at Aerocity.
Sitting comfort: It's located within the Foodhall. Offers a common sitting. Mostly sitting place are available. Expect a sitting crunch in afternoons and Evening.
Staff Behaviour: I will describe the two men on counter as Raw and blunt with unempathetic ignorant and flat face, while dealing with customers. They were unapologetically & non-remorseful of keeping us without food for almost 30 minutes. Alongwith placing the order, Please do pay at the counter and then take a seat. They have not mentioned it anywhere, but just placing the order and taking a seat, would not move them to make your order ready. It happened to me.
Cooking Time: it's better than average. I was happy.

The amount of care taken is worth the mention. But the delicious part is their chai and snack items. Delivered fresh and hot. Am most satisfied!

The teas are made in front of you, ranges from normal teas to very traditional ones, mine took 8 minutes to prepare, lots of spices, milk and boiled gently. It was heaven to drink. Also an art form, an entertainment, watching how fast be he added the spices on different boiling teas, and making the cold drinks on between. Crafty worker. Worth trying.
