I live in 12th Avenue , one day i had purchased one frame for me and it got broken without any pressure , they used to buy inexpensive frame from lenskart and used to sell at higher prices, So my friends be careful , never buy any frame from it . They are charging 1000 bucks for 200 bucks frame so that they can pay the rent of their shop , they are duping us , rest is your decision .Guys working there will not admit about bad quality of product they have rather they will blame you about not handling your spectacles in proper manner .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience in my buying opticals for me till now. I said them to find a frame in a different colour of some other frame. But they provided me something different than the one I have chosen. After that I said them that I haven't ordered this frame but they told me that it is almost same & hence they prepared whole by spects. When I told them to return my advance , they said I have to buy lens atleast because they have prepared it, although I already warned them a day before that I want everything the same as I said but still they said I have to buy lens atleast. After that I agreed to buy the whole spects with a condition that I will return the frame if I find a good one somewhere else within 7 March & they agreed & they have return the date at back of my receipt in such a way that it is written as 7 but it looks like 5. When I went there to return my frame on 7, they were saying it is written on receipt as 5 March. All 3 staffs are liars, the frame cost is triple than it actually is. The lens cost are also triple than actual. The lens fittings are also bad. I have bought one frame with glass lens of rs 2000 from their shop, & the same frame along with fibre lens cost me rs 700 at balimaran market. Don't buy from their shops. Just go to balimaran market & buy spects of your choice or elsewhere. But don't buy from any of their shops.
