A lot of people may ask for review, but this guy has earned it. I had some issue with my pair of spectacles and what he did as a commitment to his new customer was nothing short of:
a. professional conduct - his tone, behavior did not change one bit when I went back to him with a complaint. He kept me informed about the status himself. It was an amazing experience overall.
b. going that extra mile to ensure the client is satisfied

Variety - 5 stars - has variety of glasses, frames
Courtesy - 5 stars - Pringal ji is a professional yet friendly person. His way of talking, selection of words is ideal. I told him if everyone talks this way, there would be more peace around. Just perfect!
Timely Delivery - 5 stars - He said he will deliver on 3rd, but delivered on 2nd itself.
Handling Queries - 5 stars - He entertained all my questions patiently. No rush, no avoiding, ensured complete satisfaction with facts and proof to back what he said.
Range of Products - 5 stars - there is something for everyone.

They have so many frames for both adults and kids and they are so pocket friendly that I wonder if the shop is earning any profits. Also the owner is such a kind person. I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and the owner would always show me the best products that are long lasting and pocket friendly. He is such a down to earth person, always ready to help those who may not be as accomplished as himself and doesn't boast about it. I feel so proud to know him and talking to him always restores my faith that humanity is still alive and there are people who value humans more than money.
