Vast area around, no over crowding yet- only missing thing is football ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is good but if you are bigger family then you might find the 2 bhk small, kitchen is relatively small. Try and visit once you check the other projects because if you are looking for your kids security then you should go for this the society at the tower entrance is there before entering there is another guard in case someone miss you to ask where you are going the other will definitely catch you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a good society with connectivity in Greater Noida or News Gaur Chowk then I must suggest youshould go and visit once. The project is good you can get 2 bhk 890 sqft in 13k including maintenance and the best part is your club charges like gym fees, swimming and all is including in this 3k which they charge you for the maintenance.
Security is good but if you are bigger family then you might find the 2 bhk small, kitchen is relatively small. Specially they don’t accept Online Recharge.
If you paid and its not reflected in system because they turn off… you have to pay ₹2000 PENALTY to get refund and then pay full Cash.
Height of blackmailing people to forcefully pay cash or stop using services.. cheater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Society, well maintained flats , parks, shopping complex, Garden , swimming pool , security all Best , beside feedback from people living very positive. Would be in future Nehru palace etc . Metros is likely to come , Full shopping arcades are coming . construction is in full swing in near by area . It is place worth living and investing also . People can expect good returns in years to come.
