★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Cleardekho is not sticking to the promised date for delivery. They have been asking to come next day to collect spectacles from last 3 days, everyday coming up with different different excuses for not delivering.
Please refrain from purchasing from arcadia cleardekho specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent Rs. 4000 on new spectacles from this shop. After getting it ready, we are finding issues with the power of lense ... Person at is telling that he cannot do anything thing as you have bought lesser quality lense and advised to change the lense. After spending so much of money and time we are getting this service and response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a fraud . went for an eye test . They told me eye sight is weak so I need to get glasses . sold me glasses for 4800 and I was really uncomfortable after that as I couldent see clearly but they kept saying that eventually I will get use to it but everytime I would remove glasses I would see much better . so after two months of trouble I got my eye sight tested from two other places only to find out that I did not need glasses.
Its a fraud place just there to scam your money .

The sales guy is plain stupid and won't take any pain or do things proactively to sort out any issue. The frame which I chose was out of shape at the time of delivery. I told him to fix it and he said "you chose the frame and this is it"! He gave me another frame of a different color which was not my choice. It just took it and left the shop in disappointment.
