Recently it take over the biggest BPO group ie. Convergeys so it's a better idea to all people who want to add their experience with a growing company because when you have an experience a good company you will get more opportunities in the market for your growth.

Company is good, a lot of cances to grow and to to learn. Salary is somewhat, it actually depends upon your performance and knowledge.

It never hires Team leader ,manager outside of convergys. They rely their on employees. From my point of view final destination for potential candidate.
