★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care service. No bookings can be done on their property as they say it is full, but the online websites have rooms available. Complete cheating done by country club to sell rooms to websites at a higher price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Service is very pathetic after purchasing membership. Staff is not giving proper response as well as showing an attitude. While purchasing they confirmed that we can transfer this membership when we asked for transfer they denied. Now i lost one year and if now i am taking any vacation plan then i have to pay maintenance charges which is too high.

At the time of taking membership, a lot of promises were told. They had confirmed to us that in case we require, we can get additional room at the cost of debiting our holidays.
Everything was verbal. After paying, they send you the agreement by post, which they tell you to refer to in case of any disagreement.
They conveniently forget that the agreement you read only after payment is done.
My children have crossed 12 years of age.
We wanted to book for Ganpatipule. We asked for 2 rooms by debiting our holidays. Rooms were available, but they say that company's policy is that only 1 room can be booked. What do we do with our children. Hence we see that in country club, after the age of 12, we cannot enjoy the holidays as a family.
This is not the same with other clubs like club Mahindra. My close family and friends are having membership. They are allowed to book extra rooms with the debit of their holidays.
I regret having paid the AMC in advance also, as I will not be able to avail any holidays.
