★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a refrigerator and a water purifier. They delivered and last 4 days no installation. All the good talk only till sale. After that they will not receive your call even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be a big TATA outlet but very POOR after sales and service. They follow a business model where customer should call n times to ensure proper & timely delivery and Installation. Sometimes they forget about deliveries we need to call and remind after say 4/5 days. Its a shame to call it a TATA enterprise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in here to experience the sales person who don't care what you want.who don't even want offer you products that are even on discount let alone being plainly rude and carry an attitude when they say they don't have an offer running for the products one is looking for. There is a difference in saying -" no offer! " and "Unfortunately sir we don't have a offer running on the product you are looking for however let me see if there is something I can do for you." Oh boy! get ready for surprise charges if you intend to buy anything on finance.-Good Luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place today and had a pathetic experience.
Reached the place around 5.50 PM and asked for a quote for 6 products. The first guy gave us the laptop quote and suggested a product in 10 mins. Post which we were referred to another guy for the mobile products. He made a note of everything and checked for stock which took another 15 mins. He came back and said that he needed 2 more mins, I asked if he can email the quotes so that I can come back tomorrow, but he insisted that we wait. After a while, he just went missing. I asked the guys who were working there to check but none of them bothered to move.
The guy who went to get that quote was found helping another customer while we were just waiting for another 20 mins.
When we asked for a manager, everyone would just block the escalation. They didn’t help at all and simply asked me to wait for another 5 mins.
I lost my patience and walked out.
We wanted to buy products of worth 3L. You just lost a customer because of your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for Electronics. And wide range of TVs and Laptops and Mobile phones. Mi wrist bands and many other products like vacuum cleaners, washing machines and Refrigerator etc.
Above all sales staff possess products knowledge and professional.
Good place to do shopping for electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give 0 but there is no option for that One of the worst place to buy electronics items. They don’t do anything whatever they commit you at the time of purchase. Delivery & Installation used to take an week. I got a very worst experience so thought never to go for croma in my entire life. Staff used to do false promises and they asked you to call if you face any issue but there number is highly chargeable number so you need to pay the charges if you call them.

2. Products & prices are upfront and, not much of price benefit you can expect from CROMA Outlets !
3. Sales staff require training how to treat every customer who walks in as a potential buyer...they exhibit a lack-luster approach and, neither motivate nor, to conclude a deal!
