★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered Sofa from Royaloak, Marathahalli, Bangalore this week, but it came out to be defective and I am not getting any support from the store manager Ravi on this.
Johor Malaysian Fabric 2S Sofa
This one was not packed properly. I doubt if it was a fresh piece. Because all of my previously purchased items have always come in proper carton boxes. when the installation person opened the item, it came out to be defective (check photo attached). And when I checked with the store manager(RAVI), he said he will get it repaired in 2 days. Why should I take a defective product if I have paid the full price? Will someone buy a shirt with a torn pocket and get it repaired from the alteration counter while purchasing? Kindly get this item replaced with a proper undamaged boxed piece and properly packed in a carton box.

He was helpful in finalizing sofa set and ensured he stuck to his commitment of having it delivered ON TIME. The set wasn't in stock and he responded to follow-ups and kept me updated on progress. overall very happy and satisfied. THANK YOU and keep up the good work
