★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do i start , dis gym is what i think about wen i think of d perfect gym...There is an awesome energy & knowledge tat u get frm the trainer's here, they r eager to help & will to take time wid u.. Also they understand what you are striving for & they "WILL" get you there further..
The classes are intense for every level & u will love d diverse workout combinations...
So , what differentiates these guys from the rest ? "It is simply the people " All d fitness instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate & professional in every aspect .. They make every workout fun & challenging..
I wud highly recommend dis place ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. The classes are very easy to understand. I felt comfortable at all times,felt treated with love and respect. The instructor are friendly, enthusiastic and excellent motivators. I would like to suggest to go with Cruz Fit and most great thing is lost 5kg in 1 month..
