★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are decent, though sometimes consistency of delivery of instruction is lacking. They should manage over- crowding better. Also although they ask if you have injuries and physical issues before the class, it is more lip service as they keep pushing everyone harder, even if you have a problem....
The facilities are good, but unfortunately am very unhappy with their lack of flexibility on certain matters like disallowing entry if you are late by 10-12 minutes for completely unavoidable reasons like traffic.... completely unacceptable... Not everyone can hang around to attend the next class!

The people the trainers everyone is very friendly.
This center is famous for it's crowd for the dance fitness class.
You need to book your dance fitness class 4 days prior in order to get a slot here.
Cult is very different from the gym bodybuilding.
Cult trains you to become an athlete more than a body builder.
Your stamina your fitness will improve like anything.
It's been a month since I have joined cult and I must say I'm loving it.

As in every cult, the trainers are excellent!
