★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly pathetic.
No service at all. I kept on asking for small things like water, soft drinks, cleaning table etc. but no one seemed to even care or serve.
Not expected this from Roseate at all.
Even the food is not that tasty which is by default expected to be from such good restaurants. Stale starters were served.
Not recommended at all.

was sumptuous.
Chef Ajit was very kind to walk down till the table and customised the desired dishes according to our taste and demand.Me n my family was assisted by Rohit.The service we received was amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel embraced and gave us a delightful memory.I recommend DEL to everyone for a lifetime experience.My Heartfelt thanks to Mr.Jaideep under whom the team DEL is working great and each staff is an asset to the entire industry.An unmatchable service.
My special thanks the Pastry Chef of Roasted,Mr Anand Panwar for such an array of inspirational desserts.Keep growing.Bunch of best wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday on 6th May 2022, had Buffet dinner at Del Restaurant at Roseate House for Parents marriage anniversary.
Amazing experience with wonderful spread of Buffet!
Good ambience with huge restaurant hall.
The best part was A1 service of the restaurant. The restaurant manager (Ali, if I remember the name correctly) with his team of other stewards were the best I have seen in likewise 5 star restaurant in NCR. More than anything else, they made our outing hugely memorable.
10/10 for the experience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel but avoid the lunch buffet (1+1) at all costs. Below average food for the exorbitant price. I’m not exaggerating, trust me. Service was meh and cold. Looks like they reduce the quality for buffets. The live station pasta was worse than what you get at weddings. Definitely seems like they use junior chefs in training for their 1+1 buffets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While finding a place now a days to eat has become so difficult. There’s reservations all the time or there’s some time slots!!
So while coming across such a situation i landed up on this place which was never my preference to be honest.
I requested a penne arabiatta with veggies and that was good. Then requested Something in maincourse like dal makhni and naans, the dal was a total wreck with so much of just salt in it . Then just see the naans, do they look like they’re properly cooked? This was the situation in such a reputed hotels in delhi.
The only thing that really was perfect was the brownie with Tahitian icecream.
Otherwise, it was really a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Del... We went there for supper. To start with, you are welcomed with an amazing ambience. Restaurant is located near the water side. We chose to take water side seating.... Amazing, calm ambience with courteous staff.
We chose from an option of apna Indian, Andhra wrap. Typical Andhra style chicken tikka on Malabar parantha. Amazingly mid spicy chicken with authentic Andra style taste and flavours @ Rs 850+tax.
Del's Club sandwich. A composite of shredded lettuce, streaky bacon, twice cooked chicken breast, sun dried tomatoe and grated eggs. A must for sandwich lovers @ Rs. 850+tax.

Yeah ,i visited del at Roseate ,aerocity yesterday for lunch buffet service which was charged to. 3500(Inc. Of taxes).
I hoped I would get a great experience of 5star lunch.
So i when reached restaurant,they were no starter at all!!!!..
And I was told starter would be served....and they serve only 6 starters(Inc of both veg and non-veg)...
Can you imagine? Even barbeque nation at Rs850 serve more then that!!!!
And they have poor type of lunch menu also.
They are serving melted ice-creams in winter season in dessert!
What a waste of time!Money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selected to go to Del to celebrate my fathers birthday. The moment you enter Roseate you are awe by there reception, lobbies, the lawns and the whole interior.
As soon as we enter Del we saw live kitchen which resembled so much as Master chief Kitchen.
The restaurant had a wide spread of dishes and sweet dishes each of them tasting heavenly.
I liked the Chinese section the most.
The hospitality was okay and the service was too slow. We went for buffet dinner, we’re the snacks we’re supposed to be served on table we were waiting for almost half n hr to get the snacks served and after one snack the other snack was served in 20min, after informing staff twice.
Will recommend this hotel for ambience but not for hospitality.
