The best part of the workout is the personal trainers! He is very knowledgeable and very dedicated to each client. He keeps constant tabs on weight lose goals and physical performance. The workouts are never the same and I enjoy each session.

The NEW Deshwal fit gym is a beauty. They have the right training machines, which are designed to make you work out more effective and efficient.
Sachin guides and coaches us to be fit and healthy during and even post the workouts. Proper diet and gym coaching works to miracles!
