It's a small place and is not crowded, maybe due to covid.
Service manager is very responsive and listened to all my issues with the bike.
He also checked the bike completely and informed if further repair/changes necessary.
Final bill was satisfactory and well within the quote given at the beginning
Would recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I visited TVS Deva service station around 11 am.. for my NTorq accelerator cable change,.. no one is least bothered abt the customer, they made me to wait for half an hour, they were roaming infront of me and we're least bothered to ask what is the issue, final i only approched them and told to change the accelerator cable, they told ok for it. Then I asked for general service. They told they will give the vehicle next day evening. But I asked for same day evening.. it's just General service, since my vehicle is ran around 6680 Kms.. they told they can make the service and delivery the vehicle on next day evening 6pm.. so I said, I will leave the vehicle in next week, now Just replace the accelerator cable and give . So the mechanic or advisor told can't do replacement now.. intially they bought the accelerator cable to change.. when I said I will leave the vehicle next week for service.he refused to change the accelerator cable.. by walk i towed my bike towards my home.. This is the worstest service centre i have ever seen.. No humanity.. shame on you people.. is this the service.. Service head or Ceo please look into this.. tune your guys in a proper manner..
