β β β β β Worst store of DHL. Employees are lazy and rude. For one courier they take more than 30 mins. They are not aware of things. For every query they call to someone and respond. No respect for customers.

β β β β β Dhl is a fraud company we sent our household goods from Navi Mumbai to Punjab, while unloading at our residential in Punjab we saw the fridge was missing and they said its in their godown in Delhi and they will send it once they go back now itβs been 4 months now they donβt even pick up phone. If sometime they pick from another number they say we donβt have your fridge and hang up.

β β β β β Clearly the Nerul branch does not care about customer loyalty. Mr. Tusshar Dumad was absolutely rude, mean and absolutely slow (so much so the next customer left after waiting so long). I had to tell him to lower his voice while speaking. He failed to explain the break up of my invoice to me as well. Horrible experience!
