★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very professional manner to handle clients and the luggage also there are some flaws but not visible in front of the offered service.Prices are nominal,although non-negotiable but it is worth.
In this covid if you are worried about your luggage then drop all your worries in their court.No damage to luggage also delivered inside a carton .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local guide I'd review this courier services very poor. Firstly when the person places a courier they didn't provide the AWB Number (tracking number) which made it quite difficult to understand whether the parcelwas shipped or not. Second of all no message was sent either to the sender or the receiver if the parcel has been shipped or dispatched or not. The order was placed on thursday and the courier services promised to deliver it on saturday because the documents in the parcel were quite neccessary. Still there is no sign of the parcel and today when I called the courier services the guy humbly saud that it's holiday but i'll still try seeing if your parcel is out for delivery or not. Then when I called him second time they guy rudely hanged up the call and now he isn't returning the calls and neither the team is responding. Poor services, no team assistance and not really professional.
