★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use there services they are cheat, DHL has a lot of hidden charges that will be more expensive than the shipment. Never use them...see DHL India review online before getting trapped by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I must have received. One of my relative had shipped a box of old used clothes as he is permanently shifting to India. He had shipped 2 boxes from abroad. The DHL team contacted me and asked me to upload KYC documents for verification. I was able to do so, only for one AWB. The the stupid DHL team, calls me and informs me that I need to upload the KYC documents for another package. I am seriously how dumb can you get? I had to malk them understand that one person can have only one passport and I can upload it only once. You need not verify the same passport twice for 2 different packages.
Post this Miss Prianka Pereira informs me that they have levied some 20,000 indian rupees on the used clothes as a custom duty. This is so funny. Who charges custom charges on used clothes? Now Miss Pereria is sitting on my clothes and not even responding to my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well It's a Courier Service Provider, and they serve with Blue Dart.
The good thing about Blue Dart is professionalism when they collect parcel from you, but not sure even if they charge high the same will be delivered on time, especially in Kerala Area I found it's Delivery poor.
The other Bad thing is at This counter if you wish to send parcel or letter get it before 6 pm or it will be booked for the Next Working Day, unlike other places where the booking is till 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have posted my sister's important documents to her college for the admission purposes on 22nd the document was supposed to get delivered to the college by the 24th of July however this was not delivered due to the delivery guy trying to attempt to make the delivery at 6:30,How can the delivery be attempted so late to a college when the college is closed after 5pm.
It's not a residential address that the delivery can be attempted anytime even at late evenings.
Then today that is the 26th contacted the
customer services numerous times and was told that the parcel will be delivered today before 4 pm however this is still not done
This is really appalling customer service from blue dart,I do not know anything what is the status of my parcel anymore, I am extremely disappointed with this service and when I call the customer care I am being placed on hold and eventually they hang up on me
