She Validates me completely, is also really adept at getting to the root cause of my problems with a kind & humanistic approach, which is often my blind spot. She encourages me to come up with the next action step for my problems but I never feel pressurized about the consequences. Talking to her alone is really therapeutic, and helps me to get unstuck out of the spiral of depression and anxiety. Would highly recommend her to everyone. Very understanding, empathetic, skilled and insightful psychologist.
