★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with the dentist at 7.30pm. I was waiting for 10 mins and asked at the reception if I could come back in sometime if it was going to take longer. Kiran madam at the reception told me you only can go upstairs and ask the doctor. All she was doing is watch videos and take personal calls. When I asked her to check how long it was going to take, she rudely responded and told me that the centre closes at 8 anyway. Another assistant helped me out. Being at the reception and talking to patients so rudely isn’t an experience expected at a reputed firm like Diagnopein.
