★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silk City's oldest cultural centre. It is most popularly known as Diamond Jubilee Town Hall. It was established before indepence. A very perfect place for meetings, seminars, various cultural events. Though the stage is a little imperfect for plays. Still it is used by many theatre groups. Every year stat e level theatre festivals organized year. Being fully air conditioned, watching shows, meetings etc is a wonderful experience. It is well maintained by Berhampur Municipality Co-operation. Very neat and clean surrounding. It has a large place for parking. Check the weekends for any cultural event for recreation.
